The following services are available to individuals and families impacted by disabilities such as chronic mental health issues, physical illness or disabilities, intellectual disability, autism spectrum, ADHD, MS, etc:

 

Counseling and consultation to family members caring for an individual with disabilities to include stress management, education, resources, and management of behavioral or medical conditions.  

 

Skills training, care management, or counseling for individuals w/ disabilities to include managing relationships, coping with illness and disability, grief and loss, social and interpersonal skills, anger and stress management, engaging community resources, and managing emotions.
