The following services are available to individuals and families impacted by developmental disabilities such as intellectual disability, autism spectrum, etc:
Counseling and consultation to family members caring for an individual with developmental disabilities to include stress management, education, resources, and management of behavioral or medical conditions.
Skills training or counseling for individuals w/ developmental disabilities to include managing relationships, social and interpersonal skills, anger and stress management, managing emotions, and coping skills. I use many modalities in counseling individuals with developmental disabilities including play, art, music, and social stories.
