Missed appointments not cancelled are usually charged a fee of $50. I cannot bill insurance for missed appointments therefore I lose income, and usually cannot book another appointment for someone who may need it.
Private pay is always accepted. Some people choose private pay over billing insurance for increased privacy. I prefer private pay because insurance often does not reimburse my full rate, there is less paperwork, and no need to disclose information to insurance.
Some community grants or programs may pay for services in some cases, please inquire. Some insurance panels are pending, or I may be able to join the panel of your insurance if it is not listed. Single case agreements with insurance companies are possible, and you can also choose to use out of network benefits. Please inquire.
